At Zingano BJJ we teach the following styles:
Gracie/Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) – Grappling style of self defense that utilizes grappling moves, leverage ad body positioning as oppose to speed and strength.
Muay Thai Kick Boxing – Is a style that much like in Boxing, Karate or Tae Know Do utilizes punches and kicks as self defense tools.
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) – A combination of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling and Muay Thai that utilizes the grappling and striking aspects of these styles as a complete self defense system.
